Hi. I have been visiting this site for the past week or so before my sleep test. A lot of awesome information! A quick background of who I am.. I am a 25 y/o female, not overweight, fairly athletic. I have always suffered from being tired all of the time, I wake up tired and unrefreshed, poor memory/concentration, and migraines. Over the past 6 months or so I started waking up from choking or from just plain not breathing. I don't snore but occasionally snort. My husband has noticed me struggling here and there to breath in my sleep.
Last night I had my sleep test and I slept pretty well for the situation. The technician told me that my oxygen levels never dropped, she heard no snoring or any gasping problems, and never needed to put on the CPAP. I know I have to wait for the Dr. to give me the real results but I cant help but be bummed that nothing happend. On top of it Im just as tired today as normal. Just curious to see if anyone has experienced this but still was diagnosed with sleep apnea? Im hoping I have it because it would a big step towards helping my constant tiredness etc.
