Post Mask headgear + chinstrap 
I find I get a good fit with a nasal mask, but my mouth seems to opening at night. The chinstrap from my DME is near useless. I looked at cpap.com and asked if there was one that connected to headgear. They replied that the chinstrap closes separately. Has anyone come up with a way to connect a decent chinstrap to the headgear for and Activa or ComfortGel? Confused

no chinstrap can  ever be totally effective as the lips can  slightly part with the jaw tightly clamped shut, and thats all it needs to spoil the CPAP

either tape your lips in the hope you will eventually get in the habit of keeping mouth shut or get a full face mask

you may need a chinstrap with a full face mask if the jaw opens wide when asleep which it does for some
