Heh, Bearded One, great advice!
I, too, am new to CPAP therapy, but at least for me, raising the pressure slightly has helped immensely. That, and I think the whole "getting used to it" helps too. I went from 9 to 10, and now I have been consistently sleeping through the night, no waking up 3 hours into it and realizing I've ripped my mask off in my sleep.
I would suggest talking to your sleep doc and seeing about raising the pressure a bit--if that seems like a good course of action to your medical professional. :)
