I've been using an ASV for about two months now.  At the outset, it worked wonders, but, for the past couple of weeks, the refreshed feeling doesn't last very long at all.  I don't remember dreams much at all, now, as well.  My nasal passages clog horribly even with a saline irrigation twice daily.  I have a call in to the ENT to see if some other nasal spray will work.  Flonase & Nasarel don't cut it.

Has anyone had a similar fall off after the first couple months of using the ASV?  Thanks
