One of my friends told me about this website << commercial link removed >>  It shows a device called CPAP Pro.  Therer are NO straps that go around the face/head at all, just nasal pillows and two air tubes held together with some sort of bracket.  It stays in place with a mouthgard that the user custom shapes to their upper teeth.  It looks interesting.  Just wondered if anyone has or is using this device?  I'm getting to the almost fed up point with this CPAP machine/mask thing.  I'm going on 4 weeks now and have noticed NO difference in my quality of sleep.  I've only had 3 or 4 nights where I slept soundly and I think that was because I was beyond exhaustion.  Most nights, I'm still waking up several times and having difficulty falling back asleep.  I move around a lot at night and when I shift from my back to my side, my Opus 360 moves and leaks.  The having to adjust my mask continually throughout the evening is not contributing to getting a restful sleep.  Willing to "listen" to suggestions here.

Somebody "discovers" this device every once in a while and asks about it, I have read posts from people who have tried it and didn't like it.  There is a Search box in the upper right hand corner of this page, search for 'cpappro'.

While I have read a few posts indicatiing they like the CPAP Pro, most I have read indicate that it is a worthy idea poorly realized. It would seem that the quality of the product is not what is should be and customer service is not good either. But that is just what I remember reading over many threads here and elsewhere over the last couple of years.

BTW, most of us have been where you are at one point, having a hard time adjusting. It is a struggle and there is a temptation to find a quick fix. If you find one, let us know. It took me about six months, and a lot of back and forth with my doctor and RT, getting things right. Mostly it took patience and perseverance. I am at the two year point now and things are pretty good. Good luck to you.
