I started out with the nasal pillows and found them to be a big problem. There is no way that I couls use them without a heated hunidifier., which is a pain, because it has to be cleaned and sanitized every morning.
Went with a full face mask and love it. You really need a good R/T to fit and teach you how to adjust it.
I have a great RT and she measured and fitted and then we tried it out on my machine with me laying down in my normal sleep position. I'm having no problems at all. Some claustrophobia when I first put it on, but then, like everyone else, I tell myself I'm okay and getting plenty of air. I'm usually asleep within 10 minutes and usually sleep through the night!
