CPAP effect on air in room

Post CPAP effect on air in room
I've been using CPAP for 2 1/2 weeks and it's working great.  However, the first time I spent the night at my significant other's house, he moved to the living room couch because he said the machine dried the air in the room and he woke up in the middle of the night parched.  Does the machine dry out the room?

no, in fact if you use a humidifier it would slightly add to the humidity in the room

Hi Sydneylou,

I've heard it all now. Your significant other needs some education.

CPAP has no effect on the air in room and if using a humidifier it might even moisten the air.

Maybe he's jealous of your peaceful restful sleep  Laughing
