Post Journals
Hi all!

I have read in several posts that keeping a journal of your experience is quite helpful.  Having been recently prescribed Provigil I thought I would try this (as it seemed to me this to be significant change in my life). However I'm having difficulty deciding what to track and maintaining impartiality.

Of those who do keep a journal, what do you track?

i have kept a journal of my sleeping for over a year now. i do it on word and in a table type set up. i sleep with CPAP and keep track of my time on and off the machine. when i go to bed, wheather or not i take meds to help me sleep, and put comments under the date in in the tables. then when i go to the sleep clinic i can show the dr what is going on. the only thing that took me a while to figure out the break down in hours and minutes on my machine. hope this helps and you pm me if you want know how to set up the table the way that i do it. janey
