I have been using CPAP for about 8 years now. I just recently had the straps and plastic ring replaced with new. I guess I need another mask that fits better.Linda wrote:Snoring while using cpap is not normal.
So it's either a leak issue or a machine pressure issue. The snoring may be happening with the mask leaks if those leaks are significant enough. What brand of full face mask are you using? It could be a fit problem, or it could be the need to adjust the straps and tighten a little, as jpezz said. But don't tighten too much, most of the masks are designed to use suction and a cushion of air to keep in place. But it does take some tweaking. How long have you been using your cpap?
